I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help you to reach your goals. The following policies have been established to assist in your journey as we work together.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential unless you give your permission for me to discuss your health with your Physician, Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, Therapist, etc.

Appointments

All appointments are scheduled in advance. The initial 30-minute Discovery Session is always free. If we decide to work together on an ongoing basis, the Power Start Consultation is 60 minutes. All subsequent meetings are 30 minutes. Our meetings can be done in-person, via Skype, FaceTime or regular phone. For Los Angeles based clients whose weekly appointment can’t be done in person, we will arrange for a Skype or phone meeting that same week. I will make every effort to begin our sessions on time and appreciate that we work together to end on time as well. Consideration for all scheduled appointments is necessary. If you are late to an appointment you may use the remaining time of the scheduled appointment but you may not exceed the allotted time. Payment is due at the end of the initial consultation. If you are making monthly payments, payments are to be paid according to our coaching agreement.

Cancellations

24-hour notice is required for cancellation of all appointments including phone and Skype sessions. You will be subject to the full cost of the appointment for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice. If you need to change your in-office meeting to a phone, Skype or FaceTime session, 24 hours notice is needed or you will be charged $35 if changed in less time.

Billing/Insurance

All services must be paid with credit card and payments are due before the time of service. Please note that I do not accept insurance at this time.

Refund Policy: I provide coaching services because I enjoy helping people invite positive change and newfound success into their lives. My programs and services require a lot of prep time and personalized work. Because of the intense preparation and ongoing work on my part in order to coach you, my fees are not refundable.
