Have you ever thought about your relationships? The ones that mean the most to you? I’m willing to bet there’s one important relationship you may have a habit of neglecting — your relationship between your body and food.

There’s a fine line between healthy eating and gluttony that many of us teeter on and sometimes all it takes is one bad day at work or one comment from a loved one to send us running straight to the kitchen cabinets (or the drive-thru of the nearest fast food restaurant). A disastrous relationship with food can often be as damaging as being addicted to an abusive ex you can’t seem to get rid of… But what if you could stop this kind of self-destructive behavior? And what if you could stop making decisions about food and about your body that just don’t serve you or your mental wellness anymore?

All of this can come to an end once you learn how to change your habits, behaviors and become more mindful so you can change your relationship with food.

Maybe you’ve tried every diet out there and you’re sick and tired of working out all the time with little or no progress to show for your efforts. Maybe there’s something you just haven’t tried yet — and have no idea what that is or what it could mean for your health. That’s where my incredible friend Lisa Goldberg’s free Well Fed MIND Summit comes in! This exclusive online summit can help us all focus on being more aware and mindful of what our bodies need so that we can feel good and have the energy and vitality we need all day (every day).

If you’re truly ready to break up with that box of cookies for good, you can find all that you need to know in this upcoming virtual tele-summit where 21 nutritionists, doctors, authors, psychologists, coaches, therapists and other transformational experts (including yours truly) will be gathering for 11 straight days, during which time they’ll be sharing their most useful techniques, tools, trade secrets and more — allowing everyone who participates to have a healthier and more fulfilling relationship with their bodies, eating and food.

(I also happen to know that a lot of the summit experts will be giving away free gifts to those who participate… Although you didn’t hear that from me!)

Let me also tell you what this summit won’t be about… It won’t be about dieting, what you can and cannot eat – and it won’t be about spending countless hours at the gym. What it will be about sustainable, long-term changes regarding the way you think of food. You’ll learn how to be mindful of this relationship and take away lots of healthy ways to nourish your body while also nourishing your mind.

Because I’m a guest panelist for the event this year, I’m able to invite whomever I want to attend the event 100% free of charge. That means you (and whomever else you would like to invite)! Spots are limited, but you can register right away by clicking here. (Lisa told me I could share this free participation link with anyone I wanted… Hope she doesn’t mind me making it public this way! LOL!)

I hope you’ll take part in this online summit. (Again, it’s 100% free!)

Weighty Matters

11:43 am - Posted by Gregg

Nutritionist and health coach Lisa Goldberg recently interviewed me (along with several other experts) for her Right Mind, Right Weight online summit. Some of you may have participated in this free summit and, if so, hopefully got a lot out of Lisa’s panel of inspiring people who are making a healthy difference in mind and body matters. As we’re all learning, this road to health is paved with lots of “quick fix” schemes when, in reality, it’s the tried and true that really works. In other words, there are no quick fixes.

Lisa’s level minded and realistic approach to this subject is refreshing and it was my pleasure and honor to be part of her summit. And because of her generous nature, she’s allowed me to share her interview with me with all of you (whether you participated in the summit or not). So here is the full interview for your enjoyment and (hopefully) benefit. After all, any little weight loss and health-related tips we can pick up along the way help us to not only take the excess weight off… But also to keep it off! Enjoy!

You are how you eat

9:18 am - Posted by Gregg

Much like me, haven’t you always known, on some deeper level, that you really do embody everything you need — already inside of you — to achieve lasting physical health and a peaceful, happy state of mind (in relation to eating, your body weight and to everything else) you have always dreamed of?

And also like me, I imagine many of you know that nagging feeling that if you just had that one secret to unlock the door to your own innate healing powers, that you would finally shed the unwanted pounds, reclaim your health, and love yourself just as you are in this and all future moments?

I know from your emails and contact that a lot of you have been searching for the truth. And I also know many of you are tired of being told “Eat this not that.” Well, the good news is that I am a part of a free online event that is going on now (and will conclude shortly) — so if you are ready to jump in and get access to being your best self without fads, shame or self-punishment, click here to take advantage of this Mindful Eating World Summit before it’s too late to participate. (Again, it’s free!)

Some of the tools and take-aways you’ll get from this free online event include:

Stopping the “deprivation- and binge-eating guilt cycles.

Creating peace in your mind and your body to create an amazing
life with tools to empower you.

Cooking with “consciousness” and intention (the way nature intended it to be).

Making your mind your greatest asset to creating optimal health
and design a strategy that is unique to you.

Finding your path and live your purpose, because it’s not
what you’re eating, it’s what’s eating you.

My friend and colleague, the amazingly inspirational Dr. Kellee Rutley, has created an incredible resource where you can receive all of the tools you need to achieve optimal health, makeover your body and take your life back. Dr. Kellee and I can relate to what you are going through as can all of the experts that are contributing to this Mindful Eating World Summit. In fact, many of the experts on this summit have true-to-life stories they share regarding how they overcame every single obstacle you are facing right now.

Dr. Kellee has interviewed highly credible and respected Doctors, Naturopaths, Zen Masters, Holistic Psychologists, Holistic Chefs, well known Published Authors and true Fitness Experts with decades of experience — all sharing this “virtual podium” to provide you with the answers you have been looking for.

Do you have that nagging feeling, that if you just had that one illusive “secret” to unlock the door to your own “innate” healing powers, that you would finally reclaim your health, take back your body and your mind? Stop the insanity of up and down weight and on and off dieting? Are you finally ready to create truly honest health and happiness?

This upcoming Mindful Eating World Summit is about real health and life long vitality. No more fads, schemes and roller coaster dieting. We know deep down that much of what we have been taught about nutrition, fitness and health is just plain wrong. It’s time to reveal the truth behind the smoke and mirrors of the “diet world” once and for all.

This is why I’m so excited to be a part of Dr. Kellee Rutley’s virtual event. She’s brought together over 28 amazing, powerhouse experts to help you eliminate the guilt, shame and confusion around weight release and true health — and replace that with powerful ideas that work to empower you! It’s all the information you’ve wanted, needed and have been looking for, all in one place.

We are Doctors, Educators, Scientists, Zen Masters, Psychologists, Naturopaths and Holistic Chefs! New York Times and Hay House authors, World Renowned Master Trainers and Coaches. Many of us participating have had our own issues with poor health and unhealthy weight roller coasters — and our personal stories reflect that. (You all know this is very true for me… Someone who once weighed over 450 pounds and not only lost my excess weight but has kept it off for over a decade.) Together, we can reach for optimal health, vitality and happiness!

Take your health, your body and your mind back! This 14-day Virtual Event begins on March 16th. You can claim your free virtual seat by clicking here.
