What have you done for you lately?
Short and sweet: What is it you’re putting off and what excuses are you using to continue this cycle? We can always find reasons to give up on our commitment to healthier eating, abandon our promise to workout and move daily and let go of our pledge to think the kind of thoughts that motivate us rather than distract us. But when we do, the only person we’re hurting is ourselves.
Today can be the day that makes a difference in your life. It can be the day that you stick with all of the methods that can transform your body and mind in positive ways.
That’s right… Just one day. Heck, just this hour. Or even this minute. Whatever increment of time is easiest to focus on, choose that — and then move onto the next increment afterwards. Step by step. Commitment by commitment. You are worth it. And so are all of the health-minded goals you’ve set out for yourself. The life you save (and enjoy) can be your own.
